BAD BAD BAD !!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!! John and Tyron, (father and son) we ordered stainless steel channels from them, February 2022, they were quick to quote, and gave us extra discount if we paid up front - we did - BIG MISTAKE they told us 8 weeks for manufacturing. WHAT A LIE we received our R300K order in in bits and pieces over the rest of the year. it's now a full year later and the last covers are still outstanding...... If you phone John, you can't reach him, He's always in a meeting, or at the doctor or he will call you back, same with Tyron. if you email them no response Tyron blames John for the delays, Then John blames Tyron. Then its load shedding, then it's the laser cutter people, then it's the delivery people. The best is the promises, "You will have it this Friday boet, I promise you." Then the stuff is couriered, but never arrives, I waited on site like an idiot for a whole day to take delivery. I drove to their workshop in July (2 months after delivery was supposed to take place) for a surprise visit to collect what he had out of 32 components 4 were barely complete!!!!!!!! It's a year later and I still don't have finished products. only promises, lies, disappointments and I will call you back SMSs.
