BAD BAD BAD SERVICE
BAD BAD BAD !!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!! John and Tyron, (father and son) we ordered stainless steel channels from them, February 2022, they were quick to quote, and gave us extra discount if we paid up front - we did - BIG MISTAKE they told us 8 weeks for manufacturing. WHAT A LIE we received our R300K order in in bits and pieces over the rest of the year. it's now a full year later and the last covers are still outstanding...... If you phone John, you can't reach him, He's always in a meeting, or at the doctor or he will call you back, same with Tyron. if you email them no response Tyron blames John for the delays, Then John blames Tyron. Then its load shedding, then it's the laser cutter people, then it's the delivery people. The best is the promises, "You will have it this Friday boet, I promise you." Then the stuff is couriered, but never arrives, I waited on site like an idiot for a whole day to take delivery. I drove to their workshop in July (2 months after delivery was supposed to take place) for a surprise visit to collect what he had out of 32 components 4 were barely complete!!!!!!!! It's a year later and I still don't have finished products. only promises, lies, disappointments and I will call you back SMSs.

Bad experience
after recieveing stainless steel drains which were delivered late as a result of the manager lying about the delivery time and the waybill. we recieved the drains without covers. when we asked there was a lot of arguing about this and eventaully they conceeded that they did in fact despatch the drains without the covers. now we ahev waited 3 weeks for the delivery and keep getting told they are on thier way... I suppose the refund is also in the mail. So pretty poor all round service. the manager should be fired for being dishonest.

pathetic service
i had contact this company about a week ago for a man hole cover, they had sent me a quote which i approved and paid in full, i was promised delivery for a heavy duty galvanised man hole cover within 2-3 working day. deliver way supposed to be made on friday the 8th of december which didnt happen after a numerous amount of call finally someone answered and told me the items had been sent via courier and i would recieve it during the course of the day. friday nothing came, monday nothing aswell, on tuesday i had tries calling John and Tyron who were dealing with my order to find out what was going on they refused to answer my calls the entire day kept smsing me to say they are in meetings. there after i got an answer to say that the reason for items not arriving on friday was because the galanising didnt come out correct so they had to redo it which i accepted they then said that it was sent to the courier on monday and i will recieve it on tuesday...nothing again. finally on wednesday they sent me the waybill number which i then tracked and found out that it was on route to me. when the items arrived i was now asked to oay for delivery as i was liable for this yet i had paid the supplier for delivery cost. when we finally sorted that out i went to have a look at this item that was supposed to be galvanised but instead was just painted with a cheap paint. i now had to pay someone else to strip this item and galvanise it. this company has very poor communication s****s and poor service and i would never do business with such a unreliable company again.
