Firsty, I bought this brand for yrs as their quality was good and I trusted it to last. Their brand identity states as much. I have bought thier jeans for work as they salted, so when I had a pair that lasted less than 6 month and only having worn them maybe 20 times, I was concerned about thier quality. I raised this with the company and got the send us photos response. which I did. Photos of the areas the jeans had worn, of the holes and the season labels. I was traveling and after that decided to toss them as I wasnt going to travel with broken jeans. At NO stage did they say, keep them or we wont help you. Only to find , oh sorry we cant help. So, im loyal to a point and being in the service industry will vote with my wallet. Their quality has deteriorated and I will no longer spend the kind of money that they used to deserve. after recieveing stainless steel drains which were delivered late as a result of the manager lying about the delivery time and the waybill. we recieved the drains without covers. when we asked there was a lot of arguing about this and eventaully they conceeded that they did in fact despatch the drains without the covers. now we ahev waited 3 weeks for the delivery and keep getting told they are on thier way... I suppose the refund is also in the mail. So pretty poor all round service. the manager should be fired for being dishonest.
