As per the request of Dimension Data, we had to cancel our Microsoft subscriptions, as they were to discontinue this service. After cancellation they were supposed to refund us for they remaining period. According to Dimension Data the refund would have been paid within a week or two. It has now been over a month and no refund was received. We have sent numerous emails to try to find out when the refund will paid, but no response. In my experience Dimension Data has the worst customer service I have come across on a long time
From start to finish they were helpful and friendly. They listened to what what was needed and required. All correspondence were answered in a timely manner. They are definately the best dealership I have worked with in many years
