7.6. The customer hereby gives Level 7 Wireless permission to install equipment and cabling in his/her premises, furthermore the customer agrees that necessary permission from the relevant bodies and landowners have been obtained and Level 7 Wireless will not be held liable for any claim, loss, or damage due to this installation or its related activities." The above is taken from the contract that you receive from Level7 Internet. Hereby they remove themselves from all incidents or accidents resulting from their equipment failing. In other words, if the bracket is torn from the wall by strong winds or whatever reason, and damages your car, your neighbours car or property or even kill someone in the process; you as client is responsible for the damages or death. Not even sure if your insurance will cover a third party claim in this instance. Hereby, be careful of small print or any contracts drawn up. You might become a statistic of big company vs small unknowing victim as I was. You might even end up worse off than me.
The antenna pole ripped from the wall and tore pieces of cement out with the *****s used for anchoring the pole. The second time this happened in three years, I requested that they remove their equipment immediately not only do they refuse to repair the damages or to refund me for the damages, they have the audacity to expect me to make a full payment for the following month. They removed their equipment but they would have secured it for me, again in the sam wall. According to their contract, they are not liable for damages caused. It is your own problem.. So much for consumer protection
I have sent through several mails requesting assistance with a vehicle claim. Not yet sorted in three weeks. Up to now as from 10/02/2023 when i furst mentione the claim, i have not yet been informed of where I should be taking the vehicle, meaning that i will probably not be receiving any funds for the repairs or only a persentage as previously. Due to not using an approved dealer etc. A theft claim has not been resolved in almost five weeks and they do not accept proof of forced entry sent to them. Only paying 25% of the claimed amount.
