If i could give zero stars, I would. Very unreliable, in fact, dishonest to the level of ****mers. I've been waiting for over 90 days and counting for a service that was promised to be delivered within 31 days. To date, I have not received my documents and I've sent a letter of demand for refund which was ignored by Gill. The modus operandi is that they request immediate payment when taking upon your case and thereafter keep quiet until you request an update. Once the agreed date arrives, then the excuses start coming, from Home Affairs being offline to the new Minister of Home Affairs, to Gill being sick, imagine any excuse, and they will make it.
I've spent the past 4 days calling their customer centre trying to get my service reconnected after one of their agents failed to carry out my request to rescind my cancelation request in January. I have been sent from pillar to post by customer care agents who clearly don't care as they keep saying they are checking and I hold the line until it goes quiet and none bother to call back. This has been happening 4 days in a row since 1 March and still no clear solution. Unfortunately the infrastructure now belongs to them and i cannot switch to another service provider and I think that's precisely why I'm being treated this way. When I signed up 2 years ago, I was assisted within 24hrs but now that they know I cannot switch, I am the least of their concerns. I'm frustrated and disappointed as I rely on Fibre connection due to poor network in my complex and everything at home works through Fibre and I also work from home.
