The one and only Nylstroom lodge-the best ever.
What can I say, stars in my eyes and less grief in my heart, I have had the best experience by far at Nylstroom Lodge, I am still at the lodge as my booking ends on Friday, which is when I need to leave, but I really don't want to, The lodge is very rustic, the linen is new and still crisp with the smell of stay soft, the chalets are clean and I could even start my own little braai right outside my door, instead of walking to the nearest braai area, I even played putt putt, at my age. I have suffered a great loss of which the owners know about as I have been coming to the lodge for nearly 14 years with my husband, this was the first year without him, the staff went out of their way, over and above, all the things that they know I liked from past experiences, they had put in my chalet, a box of cappuccino, a few sweets, clean towels as I love use theirs, Simone always does her fancy designs for us, now it is just for me, I thank you so much, Johan you came and spoke to me for a long time, and then you just listened when I needed to speak, lol when I needed to cry you called Simone, and we cried together, I know she cried about her things, but I also know that she cried a bit for my late husband, but she cried a lot because she kept repeating Drogo will help him find his way, and she wished she could click her fingers and take away my pain, These people, Damein included, who brought breakfast to me every morning, with a fresh flower or leaf anything he could find, and when I told him it was not necessary to spoil me so much, that child or young man now, said to me, but it is necessary, because I need to show you the beauty still left on earth even though it does not feel like it now, but you will soon see it, my favorite times were shower time, the water was so hot the first night, my own fault, as I got myself in a tizz with my mind all over the place, I has turning both taps and just generally confused, I eventually got it right and the water was beautiful, to come to a place in the bush veld, is such a blessing, to see the animals, no I don't care about *** poo, as Simone always says, I am trying to potty train them, but they just wont listen, I can sense the stress the whole team is under, I do not understand why, they have worked very hard, as this lodge looks completely different, the shower heads and taps have been replaced, the tiles, all from wear and tear, which is going to happen when you have bookings of up to 183 people. But for me, this place is my place, I will never go anywhere else, the price you pay for the service you get is unbelievable, to some it might seem a lot but to others it honestly isn't expensive at all, thank you to you both Johan and Simone, oh sorry Damein, thank you to you as well, my meals are delish, keep them coming lad, you are getting there, I can see that you learn a lot from Johan and your mom, having a great time here, I am planning on going on a walk through their hiking trails, always so much to see and then a lovely swim and I will take the rest of the day as it comes, I know Simone will be spending some time with me soon as well, she has a lot of work in the office, so sometimes they make a space for me and I go and work in my little corner with her, its a laugh a minute. I can not thank you enough.

Beyond angry.
I have complained about this before and I am tired of complaining I have never had such a terrible laptop in my life, the Dynabook satellite pro i3, people please do not buy this, if its offered to you for free, just keep walking, I have had endless trouble with this laptop, but first I must say after buying my own software it does what I need it to do, unfortunately it also does not send emails to a gmail account, I paid for a laptop that came with free software for a year, it worked three weeks after it took me five weeks to get the software loaded countless phone calls to Omni a lot of air time, data, driving up and down to get this checked then that checked, its as nothing I did would connect or me allow me to submit codes for the software, so a lot of money later I bought my own software and antivirus, which have always worked for me in the past, but I honestly want to know what and how you people built this thing, no pick n pay did not build it, but they sold it as a reliable laptop, with a printer, of which the ink cartridges had no ink, they had to be refilled by pick n pay modimolle, only to discover the printer doesn't work either, and now only after having the laptop for about 4 months I can smell the charger burning, so now I have to buy another charger, which is going to cost how much, not to mention how this is going to affect my work, my studies, please tell me what would you do if this was your laptop, you are a single parent and all you want to do is your work and raise your son, you saved money to buy a laptop and found this one and thought awesome something I can afford, only to realize you actually cant afford the ink, the new printer you have to buy, the software you have buy because apparently free software for a year means you got about eight weeks and you lose everything you have on the laptop, unless you have an external hard drive and save everything on the hard drive because the i3 has no ram to store anything except your operating system. Seriously the amount of money I have spent on this laptop, I could have just bought what I wanted in the first place, if I had known. Last time I complain, do something about this or I will come to your store and make you do something about this, there have been loads of calls from me to you about these issues, emails sent to be told we have received your email and we will escalate your problem, when, when the laptop burns out and I then have to start all over again, I can not for the life of me understand how a company as big as you are, can sell such ****. And when I ask have any of the pick n pay staff bought one, the answer is yes, but he had a technician work on his, sorry sir I don't earn the money you do from ripping people off, I earn money from trying to help people, you and I are not the same, so when I come into your store tomorrow or tuesday please be prepared for a very angry customer.
