Good day. I have recently ordered the new SA20 jerseys for both nthe Joburg Super Kings and the Sunrisers Eastern Cape from your online store. I was very disappointed in the Sunrisersb Eastern Cape jersey as it did not match the product photos on the website. The branding such as the logo for the Betway SA20 tournament and Airlink as wel as the main sponsor of Bj Baji does not appear on the shirt. I am not happy and i have already gifted the shirt away. After communicating with the owner Sean, about my order of a Hot Toys figure at the start of the year. I got some information and a bit more calm about my purchase. Now at the end of the year, I am really disappointed. The store officially has no website and little to no communication from the owner. Really poor service. I honestly feel ****med
I placed an order for a 1/6 collectible figure on the 1st of August 2022. This item was a pre-order. I paid the deposit shortly after and have made several monthly payments towards my order. I sent an email to the store to gain information on the ETA for the figure and to check whether or not payments were received. I have tried to contact the number on their Facebook page for a Mr Sean Delport but alast I have not been able to speak to him as he is not answering his phone. This has discouraged me to support this store in the future as there are other stores with the same products and much better communication.
