Ultimate ripoff and ****
After paying my full price of R 7 200.00 in November, I am still waiting for either the figure or my money back. I have been begging Sean, the owner, for any sort of cash monthly until he pays me in full. Always has a story of why he cannot pay me. Ignores me for days. I first had to beg and plead to find out I wasn't even getting the figure. Got treated badly when he offered left over figures, out of which none I wanted. Do not buy from here. You will never see your money or tye figurine ans Sean is just full of lies and bull****. Ultimatestore.com? More like Ultimate ripoff and deceit.

After paying my full price of R 7 200.00 in November, I am still waiting for either the figure or my money back. Furious and out of pocket.
Spoke with the owner via whatsapp, paid for my figurine finished November last year, 2023. I am now sitting with no figure and I'm out of pocket for the amount of R 7 300.00 He promised to pay me back, and after giving my banking details to him, he disappeared. Been sending messages to him with no reply. He doesnt even bother to read them. My advice is save your money and dont order from here. I've seen many people order from him and then dont get their money back. I will be taking it to small claims court if i do not recieve my full R 7 200.00.

Lack of communication
I placed an order for a 1/6 collectible figure on the 1st of August 2022. This item was a pre-order. I paid the deposit shortly after and have made several monthly payments towards my order. I sent an email to the store to gain information on the ETA for the figure and to check whether or not payments were received. I have tried to contact the number on their Facebook page for a Mr Sean Delport but alast I have not been able to speak to him as he is not answering his phone. This has discouraged me to support this store in the future as there are other stores with the same products and much better communication.

Owner contacted me personally and apologised.
After complaining about the service I received the owner Sean contacted me personally and apologised for the late delivery. There was a problem with the courier and the shipment. Sean included a gift in my package. I am happy with the service I received from the company and would advise anyone to make use of Sean and Ultimate store.
