Ultimate ****
After paying my full price of R 7 200.00 in November, I am still waiting for either the figure or my money back. I have been begging Sean, the owner, for any sort of cash monthly until he pays me in full. Always has a story of why he cannot pay me. Ignores me for days. I first had to beg and plead to find out I wasn't even getting the figure. Got treated badly when he offered left over figures, out of which none I wanted. Do not buy from here. You will never see your money or tye figurine ans Sean is just full of lies and bull****. Ultimatestore.com? More like Ultimate ripoff and deceit.

Furious and out of pocket.
Spoke with the owner via whatsapp, paid for my figurine finished November last year, 2023. I am now sitting with no figure and I'm out of pocket for the amount of R 7 300.00 He promised to pay me back, and after giving my banking details to him, he disappeared. Been sending messages to him with no reply. He doesnt even bother to read them. My advice is save your money and dont order from here. I've seen many people order from him and then dont get their money back. I will be taking it to small claims court if i do not recieve my full R 7 200.00.

Can't complain about customer service as there is none.
I had a large order and one item was left out of the order. I immediately contacted them and informed them. It's almost been a Month and I have still got no feedback. I've emailed them as well as the gent that contacted me, Sinuvuyo, and still no reply. I'm very disappointed in the customer service one receives. You spend your money there and get ignored when there is an issue. I'm super disappointed. Guess I'm writing my money off

Outsurance does not do as they advertise
I've dealt with Outsurance for the past two days, to move the profile from my mother's name to my name. They were rude, pushy and they wanted to over charge me. Caed them with a quotation from Santam that they couldn't beat, and as per their adverti*****t they will pay R 500. The gent over the phone from outsurance was very rude and said that's not how it works and refused to pay the R 500 as advertised. Do not go with outsurance, they do not have good customer service and do not adhere to what is advertised. Will never use them again.

Liepies online is a scam
This is a 0 star, ordered goods from them, paid the amount. Only after I paid was I informed of the delivery of goods between 30 - 75 days. I'm in the process of moving. I've been trying to get any form of communication from them as to what date I will receive my goods. No communication whatsoever. I then reported them to the NCC, and put out on various social media platforms about their poor service. I still have not gotten my goods. What I did get was a cease and desist letter from their lawyer. So, not only are they thieves, but they are also bullies. I'm still waiting to hear when my goods are going to be delivered. The one person who has a contact number, ONA, is rude and also unresponsive. Eventually she blocked me after making empty promises. Her number is 079 503 4471. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU GET NOTHING BACK, NOT EVEN A REFUND. THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION IS ALSO SHOCKING. POOR SERVICE RUBBISH ATTITUDES AND YOU'RE LEFT FEELING DONE IN.

Tired of paying to try close my account.
I've been trying to close my bank account for years now, and every time I pay the fees and try to close the account they have another story. I went to ABSA again recently and they informed me I now have to pay a further R700 in fees to close my account. I'm so tired of throwing money at this account to close it. Please help me.
