A nightmare
UNIWISP Delmas started amazing - fantastic installation team, helpful staff. Now it's a nightmare. Staff turnover means zero support, constant connection issues, and forget after-hours help. My once-reliable connection is a source of frustration. Huge disappointment. Look elsewhere for dependable fiber internet! P.S. Dream team, we miss you!

UNIWISP Delmas
I recently had fiber internet installed at my home, and I cannot express how impressed I am with the service that I received from the UNIWISP Delmas. The installation team was extremely professional and efficient, and the installation itself was done with great care and attention to detail. The installation was so neat, you could hardly tell that any work had been done. The team went above and beyond to ensure that everything went smoothly, and they took the time to explain everything to me and answer any questions that I had. The salesperson and branch manager were also incredibly helpful and responsive, and I felt like they genuinely cared about my experience as a customer. Even after the installation was completed, the branch went out of their way to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the service. They were available after hours and were always happy to help me with any issues or concerns that I had. Overall, I am extremely impressed with the level of service that I received from this company. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and professional fiber internet provider.
