Reliable Plumber's - I recommend not using their "services".

This company/person/people trading as someone else is a scam, fraud and is utterly pethetic! The services of this company was hired to fix an electrical problem. However, from the moment I was put in touch with the company I have received nothing but dodgy and unreliable information. It was arranged that he (I annoyingly did not catch his name when it was given to me) will be at my house to assess the problem, however suddenly a quote was received, yet no one had been to my house to assess the situation...where he said he had communicated that he assessed the problem himself. Which he was called out for as it was untrue. The next day, the attitude started as he did not pitch up again, as arranged, when he claimed that he would be there "first thing in the morning". Only receiving constant excuses as to why he cannot make it. The next day he stated to the property management company, that the supplier does not have stock and he cannot do anything as he is "waiting". It is here where he is getting a serious attitude and acting like it is an inconvenience for him to inform me, and speak to me about why he isn't putching up to fix what he is hired to do. He claims that he had his guys fetched the circuit breaker, and they will make their way to provide the service, no matter what. As time passes, the excuses and attitude keep coming in. It was at this point that I found all of the reviews on HelloPeter...so needless to say, I told him to cancel everything.
