Hi there, I am Agnicious Thindisa and am writing this review about Arthur Ford's recent problem I had and haven't got help on. I am an agent on arthur ford and recently made an order for my customers but then in the process of my purchase only the money went through but not my orders...i didn't even receive the confirmation email or the order number of my order. They said that they use Nedbank not ABSA because the account that appears on my proof of payment says ABSA not Nedbank but my question is how come there is this option of payment on their website??? I need a refund and investigation on this matter. My customer a mad because their money is gone and orders are not received.
