BLUCRED CULPRITS FOR ****MING DEBICHECKS AND DEBIT ORDERS
This company is the ROOT and MAIN PROBLEM, for *****ulent debichecks and debitorders. ONE OF THE MAIN REASONS I WANTED TO USE THE COMPANY WAS BECAUSE THEY MAKE A BIG SPLASH ON THEIR WEBSITE TO SAVE YOU MONEY. I contacted BLU via their webpage to assist me with a cellphone contract. I was contacted by one of their Call Centre Reps, the person sounded like a chipmunk on steroids. You only pick up every 3rd word, but because you actually need a phone you push through the nitty gritty. Before you know it you should accept pop ups to continue with the conversation. One of these popups was for All life SANLAM life policy R250 once DON'T KNOW FOR WHAT THIS WAS BUT IT WAS DEFINITELY NOT FOR SANLAM NOR A POLICY , and the other for DREAM REWARDS R135 PM. AFTER THREE PAYMENTS OF R135 I CONTACTED THEM TO GRANT ME ACCESS TO BENEFITS JUST TO FIND OUT I WAS NEVER A REGISTERED CLIENT, SO I DON'T KNOW WHAT I AM I PAYING FOR.. THEN I WAS CONTACTED BY MAXLAW, WHO SUPPOSED TO HELP WITH CREDIT SCORE AND REPORTS, THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO DEDUCT 750 OVER TWO PAYMENTS, THEY TOOK THE WHOLE 750 JUST BEFORE THE WEEKEND, LEAVING ME WITH NOTHING ON THE WEEKEND MY DAUGHTER GOT MARRIED. I ASKED TO PLEASE GIVE R250 for the weekend as I was suppose to do the wedding cake, needless to say my daughter did not have cupcakes in her wedding thanks to all the people who promised to help me SAVE MONEY. I DON'T THINK THIS COMPANY OR THIS TYPE OF SERVICE RENDERING COMPANIES AND THEIR AFFILIATED COMPANIES SHOULD B ALLOWED TO EXIST OR THAT BANKS GIVE THEM ONLY THE OPPORTUNITY TO CANCEL THE DEBIT ORDER. I DO BELIEVE WITH THE ABOVE MENTIONED BANK POLICY THE BANKS ARE JUST AS GUILTY AS THESE ****MING COMPANIES AS THEY CHARGE FOR THE DEBIT, AND THERE IS A COLLECTION FEE. I CONTACTED THE CONTACT NUMBER ON THE WEB PAGE OF DREAM REWARDS TO CANCEL THE DEBIT AND REFUND THE 3 MONTH PAYMENTS MADE TO THEM, I WAS JUST INFORMED THEY WILL GET IN TOUCH, TODAY IS 2 WEEKS LATER, NOTHING HAPPENED, WHERE TO NOW? WHO DECIDES WHO IS RESPONSIBLE TO REFUND ME? THEY CALL IT LETS PASS THE BUCK, ON THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS THEY POINT OUT VERY CLEARLY THEY CAN CHANGE THEIR T&C WHEN EVER IT SUITS THEM .. SO WHAT IS THE USE BUT WHEN YOU CALL THEM TO TASK YOU MUST COMPLY WITH ALL AND MORE. MY ALL OVER REVIEW OF ALL OF THESE COMPANIES ARE THAT THEY ARE LEGALLY ****MING PEOPLE UNDER THE SERVICE RENDERING UMBRELLA USING THEIR "WE CAN CHANGE TERMS & CONDITIONS WHEN EVER WE WANT" AS AN ESCAPE FOR WHEN THEY NEED IT. SAVING MONEY FOR THE CONSUMER IS THE DECOY, DEBICHECKS CREATES A FALSE SENSE OF TRUST BETWEEN CONSUMER SERVICE COMPANY AND THE BANK, WHERE THE CONSUMER IS THE ONLY ONE LOOSING. IF YOU DON'T CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENTS, YOU WILL KEEP ON LOOSING. TELEMARKETING WAS NOT TRUSTED FROM THE 50's with reason, and call it what you want, if you don't get your product or item from a shelf in a store and pay at the cashier or till when you leave the shop the chance that you are being ****med is 99.9%. Is there somehow a way that the Board for Consumer rights can investigate all COMPANIES THAT IS DOING BUSINESS LIKE THIS TO DECIDE IF THEY ARE LEGALLY ****MING CONSUMERS OR IS THIS WAY OF DOING BUSINESS THE FUTURE. I WANT MY MONEY BACK, R250 + 3 x R 135 + R 710. Can you help Peter?

POPIA ACT VIOLATION BASIC HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATION
I was scammed for R8000 by one of their VIP MEMBERS IAN IS ONE OF HIS NAMES. WHEN I started to trace my scammer I saw that carbonite has a lot to say about a family staying not to far from us, out of curiosity I read how the mother the father and all the kids are scamming people for years on carbonite. The Residential Address of this family places of employment, ID numbers, photos, theres even a voice clip stating its one of the boys which in fact is not on the site. Everything one need to know to become a scammer is in there, and the admins feel that every person using the same methods is this laaitie. Every scammer can follow that MO and carbonite will blame it on this family . They also said this family scammed people from 2013 and made over R1000 000, could this be possible? If that family who I know is hard working parents living in a humble house has made a milj out of carbonite they sure as hell dont show it. I dont think that because of one family member that faced the music one should blame innocent family members. People are threatning the family, they phone work places of the innocent members and they actually loose their jobs. How do one get them to remove all the personal info about this family?
