Balvedere Retirement Villages
Please speak to residents of any of the 11 Belvedere retirement villages before you commit to anything. Beware of the "after 30 days clause" it does not mean that you or your estate will receive payment 30 days after the property has been vacated or indeed after the property has been sold. There are ex residents or estates waiting for up to 4 years for their money after their property has been sold, which of course is "after 30 days"!!!

Beware One Deal A Day
I ordered and paid for goods from this on-line retailer on 4th April 2023, the cost was 474.99. The goods never arrived and I tried to contact the company, they do not accept phone calls and they don't entertain e-mails, the only method of contacting them is via WhatsApp. After numerous attempts I received a response asking for my order number, I explained that as a private individual I did nor use order numbers. After several weeks and many further messages I was asked for my e-mail address, that was now two weeks ago and I still have heard nothing. I am deeply suspicious of this company and advise people to beware, they are not ethical, not customer oriented and not honest.
