Disappointed in their communication and the telephone etiquette of the receptionist and service administrator. Receptionist transfers one or puts you on hold while you are in mid-sentence. The lady in the service department does not inform you of delays or keep you updated about news on the vehicle. As the vehicle owner you are forced to make contact. Often the line is so busy you cannot get in touch with anyone at the branch. No petrol in courtesy vehicles also. Not impressed. Won't go back
