But when you did respond wow wee it was amazing. The professionalism, the amount of times I was contacted with updates. The kind and thoughtful messages. Super top form business thank you
Ref Number #519/325/2023 Good morning Lorenzo Management, I write this review on Wed, 6 Sep, 2023. Firstly I'm going to express my experience. I first had a issue with the delayed response via email. Ot took your law firm 3 days to reply. However, once they did they were absolutely MAGICAL!!! So professional, so good at keeping me posted on events and up to date. Wow. I was truly amazed. So impressed 👍🏻

Hotel just shut down and opened a new random hotel
This hotel just randomly shut down and doesn't exist anymore after 6+ years. It's now called Pullman hotel. SO random and weird. Very odd

Call center issues.
Below average service. Much of my issue is your call center. I call and it doesn't allow me to speak to an operater. I need a real person. It tells me to WhatsApp then hangs up. Whatsapp doesn't work correctly.

Great residence. Awesome staff. Clean gym
I residence in the Residence. The hotel staff are super cool. Very nice. Always accept my parcels and delivers for me. It's really appreciated . Thank you. The gym is also wonderful. Always clean.
