Bad service, and no after hours(weekend) service. They don’t attend to or update on faults. I’ve had to make contact with no joy. You would think that they would make the effort to keep their customers satisfied so they don’t change ISP, but they don’t care.
Incredibly rude people working there. They won’t even allow you to speak to certain people working there Ilona request. They don’t communicate and could not care to either. Only communication is if they want to something from you. As a managing agent they are beyond disrespectful and disgraceful.
Terrible service, always have to chase them if there is a fault. They never follow up on tickets logged. Bottom line…They can’t even organise a $&@!up in a brewery.
