A huge shoutout to Handbag & Luggage in Access park, Kenilworth. We brought in a So Fly branded suitcase that we had bought last year that had torn on the inside. We didn't hold high hopes that they would uphold the 5-year warranty they guaranteed us when we bought the bag - but absolutely no questions asked - they exchanged it for a new one very happily. Happy customers - this will be our go-to luggage store in the future.
I would give 0 stars if this was an option. IPR pool renovations are fly-by-night operators who do not provide a service. They claim to offer a service that is much cheaper than their competitors but do not believe this. They have taken our money and have left us in the lurch for over a month, with constant excuses. They are not a legitimate company - please be warned!

I see I am not the only person who is having massive problems communicating with VFS Global or getting feedback on their Portuguese visa applications. This is an appalling service with poor communication that is creating enormous and unnecessary stress for anyone travelling to Portugal. Is it even legal to retain someones passport with no feedback for so long? We are scheduled to travel on 26 June and have had no indication whether the required visa will be ready.
So disappointed with Dial a Bed’s online store and customer service. (This review is not a reflection of any individual stores where I have previously received good service). I ordered a mattress base (ON PROMOTION!!) on 20 Feb. I needed the base urgently. I subsequently received an email to say there is no stock of said base and no idea when new stock would be arriving. Why put something on promotion and sell it if you have no stock? No follow up either!I have phoned and spoken to consultants - nobody can give me an answer and nobody returns calls or emails or follows up. The branch to which I ordered the mattress base says there is absolutely NO communication from the online department. I just need a double base for my daughter - and have requested that ANY alternative base be sent to me. Nothing. No offer of a refund either (not that it is what I am looking for). I am only reviewing online due to no response from direct attempts to contact Dial a Bed.
