It was a very hot day, we asked to change seating and was accommodated even though the place was full. The person assisting us was friendly enough but while our they were getting our seat ready only one waiter was helping and the others just passed us by and looked at us funny as though we were an inconvenience which made me very uncomfortable to say the least. Train to ur staff to be a bit more friendly and the place could definitely use an aircon and some more umbrellas outside. Other than that the food was amazing.
This was the worst ever! I am nauseated, the packaging had a bad fish smell to it so when i opened it my whole living room smelled like old fish. the container is made of paper so this had to have been laying in some fish for it to smell this bad and thats all i could taste when trying to eat it. I am utterly disappointed, the one time I decide to splurge and get me your expensive ice cream it was a total waste of my time ! I sent an email to cookies and creams email address listed on their packaging (HELLO@COOKIESANDCREAM.CO.ZA ) and was promised that this would be rectified. Unfortunately EMPTY PROMISES. They whatsapped me and promised they would deliver new ones and then proceeded to not reply to me , this happened 3 times until i finally gave up. Unprofessional and i recommend never to order from here.
This process was fairly easy. The consultant made it when better. She kept me up to date, checked in to let me know how far the process is and she was super friendly. I’ve only gotten pre-approval but will update again once I finish the process with them.
