Zimbabwean **** artists in Pta
**** watch out they stole 13000 zar from me. I took them to court nothing happened they even received a letter of demand from the sheriff in Pta and signed it and nothing. Order stuff and it never arrives *******

Bad after sales support
The absolute worst support I have received from a South African company. Extremely long waiting times, no after-sales support, and virtually no customer care. Communication via email from Michele has been particularly frustrating, with responses that show little effort to understand or address the issues raised. If you buy from this company, be prepared to pay a lot of money while receiving little to no meaningful feedback on your questions or concerns. I personally choose to invest in companies that value their customers and provide proper support. It has now been almost a month and I still have not received my item, and at this point I am honestly unsure what to expect. Another red flag is that they do not allow customer reviews, and after speaking to others it appears this may be because there are several negative experiences similar to mine. Since my concerns have repeatedly been ignored, I will now also be sharing this experience on HelloPeter and other review platforms so that other customers are aware.

Scam Business Operation in South Africa
The VRoom is run by a Scam artist Eric Sandberg 072 375 4409. He is a guy that is eager to take your money. Once he has it your done for. The VRoom is closed. Eric is pretending to sell brand new VR headsets and equipment. We have an investigation open with SAPS. He refuses to give your money back. Eric has been listed in Western Cape as a fraudster and scam artist. I am collecting more info from other South Africans that have been scammed so that we can file a class action law suit against this scam artist. You will pay every cent back to every South African you have scammed. If I were you I'd start making things right. Your a liar and a thief. The VRoom is not a trustworthy business. Do not do business with this pretender.
