Guys don't buy this phone because they just feed you **** information and there phones aren't water proof even when they say it is !!! It's just a marketing scheme, when your phone gets water damage then they say it's not there problem because it's your fault!!

Zimbabwean **** artists in Pta
**** watch out they stole 13000 zar from me. I took them to court nothing happened they even received a letter of demand from the sheriff in Pta and signed it and nothing. Order stuff and it never arrives *******

STAY AWAY from this place! The owner, Luckmore Chidida is a ***** and a ***** and a ****mer. I bought a device 22nd of September. Nothing has been received yet. After many, many, many chats on WhatsApp, and Luckmore promising a refund or a different device, nothing happened. He always had a different lie and story. I opened a ******** case in the hopes my bank could at least try to get my money back.

Bought a Xiaomi Ultra in 26 April 2024 in full. Have not received the product nor a refund as on 27 November 2024. Opened a case at the Police Station and a ***** Case at the Bank. Note Oukitel Store is not related to Oukitel

please don't bay from them it is a **** I ordered the luna phone 9 September it is now 4 Oktober I ask for refund day said day don't have case to give me a refund and I will wait 14 days for refund I am so Saad for loosing R7400 for the order I won't resive ither the phone or my money back please don't bay from them and if I talk to them day have different story's I hope day can sleep at night for taking people's money
