Stay away from them. Their customer support is terrible. I asked a question to clarify if a specific generator will do what I want, explaining the situation. After 4 DAYS they responded with yes it will. I bought the generator. It did not work for the purpose I asked them about. I called. After 10 attempts someone answered. I asked what the process for a return was and explained they said it would work. They stated, you have used the product, there is nothing they can do. Terrible company, terrible service. Stay away.
Do not use their service! I loaded my phone and received zero communication. Next thing I know, the courier company receives a waybill to pick up my phone. Off course I told them no, Phonetradr made zero contact. How on eart do they think I will just courier my phone to them. Rediculous. I tried to contact them on ALL theyre different number and on WhatsApp, ZERO response. It would seem like this is a ****.
STAY AWAY from this place! The owner, Luckmore Chidida is a ***** and a ***** and a ****mer. I bought a device 22nd of September. Nothing has been received yet. After many, many, many chats on WhatsApp, and Luckmore promising a refund or a different device, nothing happened. He always had a different lie and story. I opened a ******** case in the hopes my bank could at least try to get my money back.
Stay away from PMC Jewellery. I ordered a phone from them. Their prices look great in comparison. Guess what, they do NOT clearly state on the order page you will pay extra import duty fees. I had to pay an extra R1000 on my order. They even state on their website "no hidden fees". They also state that delivery takes longer since they do a "rigorous quality check". The product never even reached them, the courier contacted me directly to pay the import tax. They lie by omission to get a quick sale. They will never see me again.
I would recommend Momentum, always had great service. Most recently was assisted by Kyle Pienaar, his help and focus on helping me with my policy pricing and questions was awesome.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM! I am at a loss for words why their ratings are this high. They are extremely aggressive legally, they probably threaten the people that do post negative reviews. Either way, stay away. They sell their product as "make money quick" and promised me an SMS that would give me the entries and exits from the market exactly. They promised I would make my money back in a month. They spam-called me originally stating that "I had an account somewhere" and they need to see me urgently. I did join (stupid me) there was fine print for more payments I did not see. Now they are harassing me for this money, A YEAR LATER. Stay away from this company at all costs.
I am rating you a 1 because you continue to use the delivery service "Dawnwing", for what reasons I cannot fathom. My parcels ALWAYS get lost and I just get a message stating undelivered, no call, and no follow-up from them. Now Faithfull to Nature, please explain to me how a customer should continue to order from an online company that decides to continue using one of the worst courier companies in the country? Just look at Dawnwings Hello Peter rating. OPEN YOUR EYES.
Absolute most useless courier company. Their support is absolutely useless. They change your address and then to get your package is a nightmare. I ordered from Faithfull to Nature who for some odd reason continues to use this useless company for deliveries. EVERY single order gets delayed or is simply lost. STOP using them Faithfull to Nature and every other company. Look at their ratings.
