Promoworld is nothing but **** shop, I bought 12l cooler box online, they delivered 32l, order no #827754, I returned it and on the 25 January 2024 they promised to refund me, ever since waiting for my refund until this date, I used to call them daily fighting for my refund until I get tired, I have spent more than R200 of airtime calling them, the lady I was dealing with is Rebecca Mngomezulu, be careful of this shop South Africa, u will cry

Double Debit on my Account
Im so disappointed with your Account department, since they double debit on my account on February 2023, i called in to enquire they promised to refund me, i waited the whole of March for my refund to this day, we are on April 2023 still waiting for refund, Matrix is nothing but a day light ******* , i cannot recommend you to anyone, i just wanna cancel my contract with you, i have spent more than what im claiming on buying airtime to call you every week, im so disappointed

Cell phone insurance
I dnt regret joining Naked insurance, they made claiming so easy within 24 hours of receiving required documents from me, they approved my claim as fast like ligthinning, I can recommend anyone to naked, I will even switch my car insurance to them
