You go PromoWorld
Our company ordered beanie, scarf and glove combos from PromoWorld. I was assisted by Theresa and she is a gem. Kept me in the loop all the time. Even though I only placed the order on Monday 27 May, she made sure that it is delivered to me by the 30th of May - irrespective of the public holiday on the 29th. Keep up the good work Theresa.

Our company ordered beanie, scarf and glove combos from PromoWorld. I was assisted by Theresa and she is a gem. Kept me in the loop all the time. Promoworld is nothing but **** shop, I bought 12l cooler box online, they delivered 32l, order no #827754, I returned it and on the 25 January 2024 they promised to refund me, ever since waiting for my refund until this date, I used to call them daily fighting for my refund until I get tired, I have spent more than R200 of airtime calling them, the lady I was dealing with is Rebecca Mngomezulu, be careful of this shop South Africa, u will cry

No communication/ No refund
An order for t-shirts was placed with Promoworld. On collection of the order, the order was not up to standard. I will not go into the detail. a Refund on this order was approved 4 December 2019 by Jill Kemp. Since then I have sent many e-mails. Unfortunately still no refund.
