Our company ordered beanie, scarf and glove combos from PromoWorld. I was assisted by Theresa and she is a gem. Kept me in the loop all the time. Even though I only placed the order on Monday 27 May, she made sure that it is delivered to me by the 30th of May - irrespective of the public holiday on the 29th. Keep up the good work Theresa.
I app**** for extension of my homeloan term as well is some additional funds. I received excellent service. The service agent kept me in the loop all the time. I received daily communication on where in the process my application is and she was so helpful and friendly. Answered all my questions patiently. I am so sick and tired of Telkom and their non-delivery of service. I reported a fault on a landline in a rural area in the Northern Cape on 16/08/2018 and I still have not received any feedback on that fault. The fault is still in a logged state. However, on the 23rd of August I escalated the call. When I phoned this morning the escalation was closed without a reason. I have been on the phone now for 30 minutes and I still don't have an answer and no intent of providing a service or fix the line. The number that I am reporting is in a rural area in the Northern Cape with no cellphone reception and 50 km from the closest town. 3 phones on neighboring farms are affected. My father is a heart patient and if something would happen to him today, there is no way to phone an ambulance or emergency services.
<p>I reported the phone on my father's farm broken/no service on the 22nd of July, and it is still not fixed. Every time there is a problem with the line, almost like in every month.</p>
<p>Landline is out of service since the 23rd of May. Reported on 25 May and still no service received.</p>
Logged a fault on telkom line on Friday 22/01/2016 after the service was not available since Tuseday 19/01/2016. Fault number 5CWZ220116 - nothing has been done. Utterly poor service.
I have reported faults on my parents' landline several times. Once I have done it online, I don't get a fault number send to my cellphone as stated on the Telkom website. And still the problem of the noisy line continues...when will this be actioned please?
A call was logged with Telkom about a faulty line in a farming community in the Northern Cape on 17/05/2015. Nothing was done about this problem, but Telkom still charge the people for line rental. How can you pay rent for something that you don't have? There are days at end that those people's telephones are not working at all. Every time you phone to follow up on the reference that they provided, you have to explain the problem again and no progress was made up till now. What is making the problem worse, is that there are no cellphone reception in that area. <br> When I phoned the Telkom 10210 number this morning to follow up on the reference, the agent was not helpful at all and could not give me feedback on how things are progressing with this problem. I would like to be contacted by a Senior Manager - client services / line maintenance at Telkom.<br> Or, if a cellphone operator is willing to install a tower in that area, it would be ideal, then we can get rid of this pathetic service that Telkom is bringing to people in the rural areas.
