Extraordinary service delivery.
I ordered parts for a clients generator motor on Sunday night and got them delivered to me by Tuesday morning, all the time being updated on progress of my order. Not only are their prices extremely competitive / reasonable but the service is outstanding too.

Unsatisfied lucky not buying there ride on mowers
Im a very regular buyer of Turfmaster and looked into buying a ride on lawnmower. Found out that they sell clients sub standard Stilleto and Husky mowers that's got factory defaults. Holding the clients long enough with the sub standard mower and then say that its been too long to exchange the mower or give the clients money back... I will never buy anything again from them...

Bought a Backpack leave blower on 30/07/25
Bought a Backpack leave blower on 30/07/25. When Unit arrived at my house the Safety shield was broken in 2. I contacted Turfmaster within 5 minutes after opening the box. Sent photos to show broken shield. Not even a response from them. Dead quiet !!! I question their quality control as well as their response to after sales customer care.

Bought a Backpack leave blower on 30/07/25

Absolutely shocking service
Charlene Grobler and Fred the apparent manager at Turfmaster seem to make up the sales team, To say i got bad service would be an overstatement because for it to b bad i would have to get some service. I ordered parts for my John Deere lawn mower and pd for it on the 21st February, was told i would receive my tracking number as soon as it was dispatched, they are now ignoring my messages and Fred who took 3 days too lie to me about my parts being in the shop and then 2 days later not being dispatched due to a John Deere error. the most pathetic customer service I have ever received, rather purchase elsewhere, because reading the comments here it seems like that is the level of customer service. PLEASE TELL ALL YOUR FREINDS NOT TO BUY HERE
