Life cover
They don’t even deserve the one star Rating I’m giving them , liberty mixed up my sisters life cover with mine , they here sending me confidential information about my sisters life cover as if it’s mine , we have been complaining for more than six months now and they keep saying it’s a system issue that they obviously failing to resolve. My sister and I called together trying to resolve the mix up but with no success, we both paying for policies that might not even pay out because liberty is ignoring our query

If you can leave this bank we definitely getting our business out
They mistakenly put a default on my husband’s name , been trying to sort it out for two months , they have the paid up letter of the home loan we had with them and now they are also the ones declining us for the new house we trying to buy . They were very fast at putting the default without even verifying now we need to wait 6 months for something that shouldn’t have been there to be removed
