Kaput Kayla & daughters
I ordered 2 blouses from this company on 1 January at considerable cost and there has been no sign of them. Initially, in answer to my queries, I was told that the goods had been held up at customs. This came as quite a surprise as the company present themselves as Cape Town based. Nevertheless, I was happy to wait for a reasonable time, but recently, there has been no response to my queries. I can only assume that this is a ****. Do not be taken in by the beautiful items of clothing that will never appear!

Don't waste your money with Savannadeals-capetown!
I placed an order on 4 June 2024 and I have been waiting for the delivery. I especially chose the company as it said it was Cape Town and I subsequently discovered that it's based in China. After numerous messages, I received an email to say my order was on its way but one can't track the delivery as the page won't open. Since then, there has been no communication and there is no phone number or address to contact. This is obviously a **** and I hope other would-be purchasers will be warned off! Very disappointed!!

No recommendations for Manicaa!
The service was non existent. After having accepted my payment and being told of an expected delivery date, I heard nothing further. The emails I sent enquiring about delivery were never responded to and the phone numbers don’t work. Despite numerous attempts to get in touch with Manicaa, , there was absolutely no communication. Frankly, I was very surprised to receive the delivery- after 7 weeks of waiting, and I will certainly not be using Manicaa again or recommend them.
