I lay byed a mattress from The Bed Shop Southdale and was told to collect from the warehouse by the owner, his son or the manager. I refused to collect from the warehouse because that's not where I made my purchase. The morning before collecting from the store I sent a picture of my invoice with the description of the mattress asking the manager to confirm that it's at the store so that I can arrange for transport to collect. His response was yes, I can collect from the store. I get to the store to find the wrong mattress. According to the manager the mattress I ordered they didn't have in stock, the factory is closed and there will only be availability in January, after the holidays!!!!! Meaning, in his sick mind I must just accept what's available. I requested for my deposit to be returned and he refused.I was told to take the mattress for now and was promised that the correct mattress will be delivered in January when the factory reopens.That remains to be seen. My worst experience ever doing a large purchase.!!!!
I am not happy with Bodyframe at all. I had micro blading done which required a follow up appointment which I had to pay for as well. After my eyebrows healed the first time I noticed very big gaps and very little difference. I then went for the second session....2 weeks later I saw that the second session didn't make a difference either. I contact the owner and she told me that my brows haven't healed properly and that I should give it time. A month later I sent the owner pictures of the mess on my face and she then tells me that she had advised her staff that if a client has little to no facial hair they should rather recommend doing ombre. She then said that she recommends that I come back for ombre at a discount after I had already paid R1200 I feel that the staff there should know better and that they are now just trying to cover up mistakes. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone because they clearly don't know what they are doing and don't understand what works for what skin
