An expensive disaster

After months of battling with poor performance of a 6kW inverter and 5 kWh Lithium battery, numerous unanswered emails and several visits to their shop I finally went to see the JP, the person apparently in charge, to see what assistance I can get. Same JP tried to convince me that I need a second battery even though the system trips with loads far below rated capacity. When I questioned this, he simply blew up and loudly and rudely swore at me in front of all in the shop to see and hear. I stated that I hoped for a friendly resolution to my issue but as an old person I felt so threatened by his behaviour that I had to leave the shop without delay. Lesson- seems like substandard equipment, total lack of support and the rudest imaginable treatment of a customer that spent tens of thousands of Rand with them.
