I have got my bank account debited after a month using CVmaker for a resume that i already paid for. I have no active subscription or email account registered on https://www.cvmaker.com I submitted a complaint and hope to get a refund and interest for any damage caused
I am trying to get my refund from the premium subscription that did cancel earlier because I was not interested in to keeping that plan. I had feedback from the refund ticket system rejecting my request. So more than R2600 was taken out of my credit card without my consent and not even giving you the reverse option or a complaint case number... this is unfair and should definitely have affected many users who I had a legitimate claim.
NovaTech team Support is currently holding my cashout request (which takes up to 15 days to complete). My cashout request was submitted in January but still pending approval. I have since tried to reach the support, contact and finance but no answer. I lost the remaining amount in the trading account on maintenance fees and no bonus was added to it. At this point, I will not recommend Novatech to anyone.
