Had the worst experience at this establishment. Apart from the take away meal being substandard we also found a finger nail in the meal . Truly disgusting. Call in the 1st time to complain about the meal being substandard and received attention with the promise to do better but on the 2nd call about the finger nail it came across as if the complain is now too much and I'm an annoyance. Ruined a perfect family dinner moment. Will never return
I have had the truly most sad experience with this insurer. It's was well and good when they get you to takeing the policy but my issue came when I needed to claim in 2 separate incidents. The last claim left me with a car fir more than 50 day . It was so disrespectful they way I was treated. Claimed lay for week not being processed, feedback was nonexistent despite numerous emails being sent to the person dealing with the claim. Finally had to log a complaint to get some assistance and then I was handed to the repair company who are momentum subcontractor and been told to communicate with them . This was a night mare and will never want anyone to go through this horrible service and disrespect.
