Exceptional service from Dane. Helped me fix an impossible router fault!!
Openwebs service has been stirling so far! I am very pleased with my communication with their employee, Dane (I do not recall their last name, sorry), who called me to assist me with the overriding of my router's password. I bought one from bid or buy that was unfortunately locked, but I was told that it can be overrided. I tried researching this on my own, but I was never able to get it right. I tried for days. I got in contact with openweb to see if my Huawei E router is compatible with their mtn products, but they said that they are not. Fortunately, they picked up on the issue and were able to assist me in getting the password overridden because they had experience with my Huawei B535 i think it is router in particular. They are life savers! I am not sure that any other ISP would have known what to do, and then I would have had to write off the R599 that I spent to get the uncapped up to 30 plan. Within the same day (this was early this week), I was able to finally get online, and the performance is good as expected! I have been with mtn before but never tried their fixed lte packages. Thank the glorious god for openweb because I do not think that I would have been able to get online with my silly router if it were not for Dane's help. Thank you x a million!!!

A joke of an estate!
All that these ous do is throw parties and drink at the country club after a long day playing golf. They do not know the first thing about running an estate. It is pathetic. Simbithi is only going downhill as their infrastructure crumbles and continues to suck. Kids are unsafe because of all the bakkies and sh*t roaming the streets and blind spots. What is their answer to every f*cking thing? Speed humps. Jesus Christ!
