Danger to society
They don't even deserve a 1 star. Disgusting bus their call center does not even know about the whereabouts of their busses. My family members been stuck on their bus now for more than 24hrs after a breakdown no one can tell me where the bus is. This bus should be banned from the roads asap it's a danger to society.
