Terrible After Sales Service.
Absolutely terrible service received from the dealership. Had a issue with my vehicle which wasn't detecting the key to start. Took it to the dealership who then changed the battery of the remote and said the issue was solved. Eventually the problem started again and this time i was stuck. Called Road assist who unfortunatey couldn't assist in resolving the issue and had to tow the vehicle to the umhlanga dealership on Monday the 20th March 2023. Since then the dealership had been giving the run around regarding the issue and the way forward. Drove to the dealership on the 23rd March to find out what was going on and was told that they are extremely busy and cant look at the vehicle at the moment. When a curtasy car was requested in the interim as i dont have another vehicle to use and that vehicle is still on plan, i was told that apparently Range Rover only covers a vehicle for the first 3 years and the last 2 years fall onto the owener responsible however the vehicle comes with a full 5yrs/100 000km motor plan. Requested to speak to the dealer principal however he was busy. Attempted to call his mobile of which went to voice mail and haven't had the call returned since the 24th March. Even went the extra extent to speak to Range Rover SA who said they will log the fault and get me express feedback and still haven't received no feedback. Called today the 27th March as well to see if any progress was made and was told someone would call me back and up till now no calls were received. Myself and my family have been a loyal clients of Range Rover for many years purchasing over 5 different Range Rover models and to get this type of service is terrible and disappointing considering the amount of money spent at Range Rover.
