Roan de Kock is a **** and a *****
I received a quote from Roan de Kock on 3 June 2022 to do a small extension at my home. I paid the deposit of R110K and immediately the problems started. He said he could start the job immediately, but 6 weeks later all he had done was lie constantly, telling me he will be coming the next day and the next day and the next day. I had to keep chasing to find out what was going on and when I went to Milnerton building plan office 6 weeks later, I was informed that he had only submitted the plans that morning. I decided then to cancel and requested a refund. After weeks of negotiation we eventually settled on a repayment of R80k. He signed an acknowledgment of debt letter but nothing came of it, he missed all payment dates and every day was a new excuse, just more and more delay tactics. Finally I had a lawyer send a legal letter of demand. I spent over R10k on lawyers trying to get my money back. He did eventually make a payment of R30k but still owes R52k. It's been one year since this debacle started. And since I have found many other victims, some of which you can see in these reviews. He is a serial ******, a compulsive **** and a *****. He was arrested and released on bail recently, and we are doing all we can to get him back behind bars, to ensure no one else falls victim. I appreciate the title of this review is a bold statement, and I will stand by that in a court of law as it is 100% true! If you hear from Roan de Kock, no matter what his company is called at the time, turn and run a mile!

Liar and a thief!!
I’ll keep this brief. Ruan stole R110000 from me a year ago after paying him a deposit. Left me with some bricks and sand, broken tiles and empty promises. Had to take legal action against him and his company and he still refuses to replay his debt! So sad to hear of other victims! STAY FAR AWAY!
