Disastrous haircut.
Told to leave enough hair to comb back on sides. Not done, very short. Cut bangs so short that my bangs hang straight down and not long enough to comb. To top it off my sideburns were not even.

Prepaid but no car
Extremely poor service. Prepaid for a rental in Atlanta. When I arrived, I was told it would be 4 to 5 hours before any car would be available. Unbelievable!

Beware
Beware when you arrive they will charge you up to $300 more than the rental fee for $300,000 liability insurance that they require or you will not get the car and loose any payment you have already made. This is a major ripoff.
