Poor alterations
Walmer dry cleaners offers alterations on clothing. I drop the items off on Wednesday being told that by Friday the items would be ready for collection. Friday afternoon (4pm) I arrive to collect only to be told that the pants are not ready and I must come back in an hour. I say that I will come back Saturday morning rather. Saturday morning arrives and the pants aren’t done and the seamstress isn’t even at work. Waste of fuel twice now when a phone call could have avoided me going there in the first place. Monday afternoon arrives and I collect the pants and paid R120 per item for a small hem. I get home to see that the hems are all sewn on skew and some threads aren’t even cut off. Incredibly sloppy and messy work. If I wanted or didn’t mind skew hems I would have done them myself at home. Very unprofessional and poor customer service I will not use them again.

This company ****s you!!
I ordered a breast pump over 5 weeks ago. The only communication I got was that my order was received. I have sent emails, website enquiries, Instagram DM’s, WhatsApp and even tried to phone the landline number. There has been NO response from them and I still haven’t received my product!! This company is ****ming people out of their money! All of a sudden their website is even down now and “under construction”
