Before making a booking, I called The Hussar Grill GrandWest and spoke to Clint to make a booking because I had 2 vouchers and wanted to find out if it was still valid. Clint advised me that he needed the voucher number to check, so I gave it to him and he confirmed that it is still valid, but he cannot confirm until when it is valid, I said its fine book it for today and I will be there later on. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I could not make it that afternoon. The next Monday, when I called in to check again if it is still valid, Genevieve said that she needs to redeem the voucher to check because the system is not allowing her to verify. I told her to redeem it, and if it goes through successfully, I will come today. She attempts to redeem, when the system confirms that the voucher has been used and after speaking, she says that she will investigate and call me back which never happened. I call today to query, she said that she cannot tell me what happened. I tell her all this and she says again she will call Hyperli to investigate, calls me back in 15 minutes and says that the voucher was used on the same day that I last booked with Clint. That was the day that I gave Clint the voucher number. I would be happy to accept if the voucher was expired, but it was used on the day that I didn't show up for my booking, on the day that I gave Clint the voucher number. It is absolutely ridiculous to assume anything other than somebody at the restaurant is responsible of using my voucher that I paid for.... IF HUSSAR GRILL THINKS DIFFERENTLY, YOU HAVE THE DETAILS FROM HYPERLI OF DATE AND TIME OF THE VOUCHER BEING USED. HAVE A LOOK AT YOUR CAMERAS...I actually liked your food, but will not be coming back to interact with dishonest staff
