I went for dinner to celebrate my birthday, service excellent and management great. How do you serve me cold food? When I informed them they took everything back, brought it back clearly the chef just put it back on the grill for a few minutes. Not the service I expect from them especially as a regular.

Went to spend Mothers Day 11.5.2025 at Hussar Grill Grand west . We booked and they did not tell us they had a set menu. Only when we got there they told us its a set menu. You can't change your mind now because the restaurants are all full. You must pick 1 menu and just eat from that menu. Basically you are forced to eat from the one you pick. On top of that they did not have what i wanted. Food is Average . To little waiters. They did not even try and make the Mothers feel special. They do not come near the toes of Century City and Rondebosch.

Went to spend Mothers Day 11.5.2025 at Hussar Grill Grand west . We booked and they did not tell us they had a set menu. Only when we got there they told us its a set menu. You can't change your mind now because the restaurants are all full. You must pick 1 menu and just eat from that menu. Basically you are forced to eat from the one you pick. On top of that they did not have what i wanted. Food is Average . To little waiters. They did not even try and make the Mothers feel special. They do not come near the toes of Century City and Rondebosch.

We were at Hassar Grill on the 11 of March 2025, booked the day before because it was my daughter’s birthday. What a horrible experience we have received. So much that we had to change a waiter, spoke to the manager and still received the same service. There were a group of guys that sitting behind seemingly they were in Management of some company and they came before us. They were treated well as we looked how the waiters were up and down on their table. A lady appreciated us as were almost done and explained to her. She took my number but nobody ever bothered to contact. I even tipped the waitress to show her it wasn’t about person but the fact they ruined my daughter’s birthday like that knowing she won’t be celebrating her next one with us. That truly broken my heart. Please serve people that walks in to your restaurant equally.

We were at Hassar Grill on the 11 of March 2025, booked the day before because it was my daughter’s birthday. What a horrible experience we have received. So much that we had to change a waiter, spoke to the manager and still received the same service. There were a group of guys that sitting behind seemingly they were in Management of some company and they came before us. They were treated well as we looked how the waiters were up and down on their table. A lady appreciated us as were almost done and explained to her. She took my number but nobody ever bothered to contact. I even tipped the waitress to show her it wasn’t about person but the fact they ruined my daughter’s birthday like that knowing she won’t be celebrating her next one with us. That truly broken my heart. Please serve people that walks in to your restaurant equally.

I am shocked at the service at Hassar Grill in Grandwest, my husband and I had been guided with a waiter to our table, once we sat down the waiter just walked by us almost 3-4 times, we sat for almost 15 minutes with no service! I was so shocked that he never even acknowledged us when I called and another waiter came to give us menus! I approached the waiter and explained that we are waiting to me served and he just looked at me and never said a word, just nodded his head and walked away. I am disappointed with the service my husband and I walked out and as I am writing this I am actually sitting in Spur steak ranches which gave us service immediately, for a restaurant that supposedly has a high reputation I do not believe this will last long if staff are not giving us proper service, perhaps training should be implemented or perhaps the staff is unhappy with in turn affects the restaurants reputation. I am not impressed and I am happy that we did walk out as if we sat there perhaps the waiter would have been even more unbearable.

On the 25 December 2023, we booked a table for 10 people under the reference Kim, we arrived at 13:30 to be seated at our table - an option of 3 Christmas menu"s was presented to us by the waitress- I decided to choose menu number 2 - which included the chicken breasts and roast vegetables - all the members at our table was served with their meal but unfortunately my main meal did not arrive - at the same time - all the other members at the table already finished eating when my meal arrived. The waitress did not even check if all was ok at our table - when the meal arrived it was terrible I told the waitress bag it as a take away i feed it to my dogs - the service is extremely bad - the manager of the kitchen came to apologies - it has been my worse experience at any Restuarant - I will not visit this Restuarant again - due to the bad service - on Christmas day. And the worse part you are required to pay a compulsory tip as more than 6 people at the table.

The service rendered at Hussar grill grand west, was the worst service ever. Waitron was impatient and very confuse about the big table order. Food Took EXTREMELY long and half of the tables food was brought and the rest of the people at the same table had to wait 20 minutes for food. Upon serving the main meal, some of the people at the table had to return their food as the waitron mixed the whole order. The manager on shift, tried to offer free goods and even a reduction in the bill, because of the poor service rendered, which I DECLINED, as I expected quality service and food from this establishment. My rating for Hussar grill Grand west is ZERO (0). I would not recommend.

Before making a booking, I called The Hussar Grill GrandWest and spoke to Clint to make a booking because I had 2 vouchers and wanted to find out if it was still valid. Clint advised me that he needed the voucher number to check, so I gave it to him and he confirmed that it is still valid, but he cannot confirm until when it is valid, I said its fine book it for today and I will be there later on. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I could not make it that afternoon. The next Monday, when I called in to check again if it is still valid, Genevieve said that she needs to redeem the voucher to check because the system is not allowing her to verify. I told her to redeem it, and if it goes through successfully, I will come today. She attempts to redeem, when the system confirms that the voucher has been used and after speaking, she says that she will investigate and call me back which never happened. I call today to query, she said that she cannot tell me what happened. I tell her all this and she says again she will call Hyperli to investigate, calls me back in 15 minutes and says that the voucher was used on the same day that I last booked with Clint. That was the day that I gave Clint the voucher number. I would be happy to accept if the voucher was expired, but it was used on the day that I didn't show up for my booking, on the day that I gave Clint the voucher number. It is absolutely ridiculous to assume anything other than somebody at the restaurant is responsible of using my voucher that I paid for.... IF HUSSAR GRILL THINKS DIFFERENTLY, YOU HAVE THE DETAILS FROM HYPERLI OF DATE AND TIME OF THE VOUCHER BEING USED. HAVE A LOOK AT YOUR CAMERAS...I actually liked your food, but will not be coming back to interact with dishonest staff
