They said they delivered my parcel on 1 December 2025, but I did not receive it. I was not provided with an ETA for delivery nor was any notification sent to inform me that the parcel was out for delivery. I called UPS on Thursday 04 December 2025 to lodge a complaint and they said it would take 48 hours to get a response - no updates have been provided since then. I called again this morning and spoke to Tinyiko Khoza. She was rude, curt and refused to acknowledge that there is any wrongdoing on the part of UPS for this. I asked her for an ETA on when this will be resolved and she said she doesn't know. She says the driver delivered the parcel to International Business Gateway, but when I ask to which company (because IBG is an office park with multiple companies) she is not able to give me a proper response. They have very horrible customer service.
