Car Purchase
Bought not only one car but 2 cars in a space of 3 years Service smooth Refentse advised me well on the cars I should opt for depending on my needs , I couldn’t make up my mind , but he was patient with me . Iv been happy with the purchase . They offer the best service , Peace of mind

Bad service don’t pay claims
Lost my phone at the gym , phone was ****** in the locker in the ladies change room , reported this to gym manger at virgin active carswarld ,I was told they will investigate. I went to report my phone blocked simcard blocked the phone, claimed and was told I don’t have evidence of the forced entry to locker . In the case reported I noted my pad lock was still on locker and locked. Gym manager told me they will investigate and check footage for people who went in and out change room but they can’t pin point who took the device , the Manager came with me to check the locker took notes . I told this to mtn consultant when they logged my claim , I even went far as going to istore to report my device as ****** , I emailed virgin active head office , I emailed manager at virgin active asking her to put everything in writing for insurance as she has now told me cctv footage was not working When I called mtn and their insurance was told they still reviewing, what did they review ? Did they calll the gym ? Istore ? Check their own call logs since day one when I reported the case ? They then declined my claim say there is no proof , how do I proof what happened without the gym helping ? Do people proof when their phones got snatched? This is pathetic I have different cases of ***** with bank , banks paid but ,no not this insurance, they decided there and there that I’m crazy even went far as canceling the policy same time No report or follow up or them asking me for any info I have emailed where I emailed the gym asking for updates They decided just to rob me like that Mtn did not help me , the insurance doesn’t meet any needs . How does one go on and carry after this traumatic experience Mtn failed me with their insurance
