I ordered two pairs of sneakers from their website on 05/02/2025, there after there was no communication from them regarding confirmation of placement of the order, shipping details etc. 14/02/2025 I get notification from Aramex that the parcel has been dropped off with them and will be delivered, I get a sense of relief as I had feared I had fallen for a ****. My parcel arrives 3 days later and the following is wrong, 1. One pair of sneakers delivered instead of two. 2. Wrong size. I attempt to contact them using the email address and number on their website to try and return the sneakers, no response from the email address after attempting to follow up multiple times, cellphone number provided goes straight to voicemail. I called the number that was provided to Aramex and the lady claims to not know SneakerShelf. I have sent multiple inboxes to their Instagram account, no response, when you try to comment on their pictures, comments are locked 😂 (which should have been the first red flag for me). I absolutely do not recommend using SneakerShelf AT ALL!
