Bad Customer Service
I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service from this company. I ordered sneakers on December 27th 2025, and as of today, I still haven't received them. Although they provided a tracking number, it's been showing 'processing' for weeks with no updates. I've tried calling their customer service numbers, but they send me straight to voicemail. Their WhatsApp number isn't working either. It's frustrating to not get any response or updates. I hope I receive my sneakers soon, but the customer service experience has been terrible.

Bad Customer Service

I bought shoes online on sneakershelfstore.co.za, paid R1600,00 and have not received a word from them. I have called, send messages on WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and tiktok. They have not responded once. I do have evidence of everything. They have blocked me on Facebook.

Please do not try to order from this company.They are a **** and sells counterfeit sneakers their business line does not work at all.Please do not order from this company

Ordered and paid for my shoes 12 April 2025, still haven't received any tracking number and NO Whatsapp number is working!! Very very bad communication and absolutely NO client service! WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
I ordered two pairs of sneakers from their website on 05/02/2025, there after there was no communication from them regarding confirmation of placement of the order, shipping details etc. 14/02/2025 I get notification from Aramex that the parcel has been dropped off with them and will be delivered, I get a sense of relief as I had feared I had fallen for a ****. My parcel arrives 3 days later and the following is wrong, 1. One pair of sneakers delivered instead of two. 2. Wrong size. I attempt to contact them using the email address and number on their website to try and return the sneakers, no response from the email address after attempting to follow up multiple times, cellphone number provided goes straight to voicemail. I called the number that was provided to Aramex and the lady claims to not know SneakerShelf. I have sent multiple inboxes to their Instagram account, no response, when you try to comment on their pictures, comments are locked 😂 (which should have been the first red flag for me). I absolutely do not recommend using SneakerShelf AT ALL!
