I went online to have a look at the prices for certain items I need for my daughter's school. While checking online, I emailed my local Waltons Store (Vredenburg) and sent through my order as I've done for years now. When they delivered the schoolbooks, the invoice was double (in price) that of online. I contacted the Vredenburg branch and spoke with Aniska. I explained the situation to her to which she answered, "online is a different department, we cannot help you from the branch, we cannot match Waltons Online pricing". According to me, Waltons is Waltons whether it is a branch, online or whatsoever, Waltons stays Waltons. I asked her to collect the items delivered and advised her I will order it online. And that is exactly what I did, I placed my order online, it advised me the delivery will take place between 2 and 3 or 5 days. (This will be enough time before school starts). I confirmed this with a Waltons agent as well, Antonio. SURPRISE, I received a WhatsApp advising that my order will only be delivered on the 16th of January 2026. I jumped online and chatted to the agent on their website "Natalie" and asked her what can be done to get this order faster as this was not what I was told. She just advised that it won't be possible and I will only receive it on the 16th. I asked her if I can cancel the order and get refunded, this was her reply "I will forward your cancellation and refund request through to the orders department." She gave me a number to call 011 620 4000, the phone rang a couple of times and then an automated voice came on saying "this number does not exist". I am truly disappointed in Waltons and will never buy from them again. This is the worst customer service I have received in a very long time.

Hi. I've had devit orders going off my account with the amount of R120 with the discriptions Safe Aid + I did not subscribe to anything. I did not sign anything. I need this debit order stopped immediately.
I took a personal loan with FNB in August 2018. The agreement with the FNB consultant over the phone was that the amount will be paid off within 2 years (24 months). Almost 2 weeks ago when I went to my online banking, I realized that the repayment term was 53 or 54 months. I immediately sent out an email to care @ fnb, but they have not responded. A week passed and I sent an email again, with no response again. Today I contacted the 087 number for FNB and after numerous tries my call finally went through after the call was dropped a few times. I spoke to a consultant that quickly assisted me but could only help me to a certain point. He told me that it must have been a mistake if they told me only 24 months as it would not be possible, but it was not my mistake as I confirmed with the consultant in 2018, 3 times the amount and the months of repayment. He also cannot get the recordings of the call in August 2018 and send it to me via email, he can only send it to a FNB branch closest to me and I have to go and listen to the recording at the branch. He advised that the recording will be available within 7 to 14 working days, but no one can notify me when I have to be at a FNB branch to receive the recording. I have to guess which day to go, but when I go to a branch I can also be told they don't have it yet and I will have to go back again. Because I work, I don't have time to go and sit at a branch for an hour just to be told they don't have the recording and I must come back again at some point, maybe they will have it by then. I would like FNB to contact me and communicate with me via email, as that will be the only way to get in touch with me. I would like FNB to email me the recordings as I have a job where I have to be 6 days a week and unfortunately the branches are closed on a Sunday.
Years ago I got myself a wifi deal with Telkom. I was situated in Pretoria. The contract was for 2 years with them. Within those 2 years I relocated to the Western Cape. When I got settled in at my new home my Telkom Wifi did not work. I called numerous times for assistance and finally someone told me from Telkom that Telkom has no coverage in the area where I am. I asked them then to cancel my contract as they cannot give me a service and they said I will have to pay the full outstanding amount for the x amount of months left for the 2 years contract. I refused to do so as I feel I am not the one at fault here, Telkom cannot provide me with their services because I relocated. Telkom then handed me over to attorneys who has been calling me non stop for almost 2 years now, harassing me to pay a service I never received. I then sent an email to the attorneys and told them they must tell Telkom that I will pay it in full only if Telkom gives me the +-50 GB of data that was never used by me, as I will not just give Telkom my money for nothing. The attorneys got back to me an said Telkom refuses to do so and insists I pay them what I owe them. I don't want Telkom calling me, I want everything done in writing.
It's now been 9 days and still no response from Telkom with regards to my wifi that is not working. After the first complaint they said they are investigating bit why have I not heard any feedback? I am begging you Telkom please could you call me so that we can solve this issue? <br> My reference number I got a week ago is SM207600<br> <br> Please take this as urgent and call me back today still.
For the last 3 days I've been calling the Telkom Call Centre 082 900 0008 for some assistance with regards to my wifi. I've called 7 times where each time I get transferred to someone else. I spend about 20 to 25 minutes on each call with no help whatsoever. I just want a solution to my problem ASAP as I need to use the Internet for work purposes. I find the service from Telkom terrible and useless. I myself work in a customer service driven company and have never in my life had this bad service ever. I want Telkom to contact me today still to get this problem solved.
