Rude cashier 2026.02.15 @ 16:35
I had a very bad experience with a lady who had a razor cut and eye glasses at OR Tambo on Sunday 2026 02 15 at 16:35 there were w ladies and a guy we needed to exchange rands to dollars she was rude she even uttered a sies word on me when i told her she was impatient with us I just don't remember her name but she had a razor cut hairstyle and glasses on.I am dissapointed with her bad customer service for a reputable company

Bad customer service
On the 10th of March I came to collect seedlings and one employee by the name of David Mogudi gave me attitude and did not want to assist me.

Bad service
I am honestly dissapointed with the service from homeconnect,this week alone I have had multiple network outages and it is tiring.There is no courtesy from the team to notify us that the network will be down.We are working from home and it is such an inconvenience. Homeconnect we are paying for our services and worst part your prices went up.Please stay away from homeconnect and save yourself from frustrations

Poor service
Network outage. I am very dissapointed with homeconnect vumatel service.I had network outage and there was no courtesy from them to notify us of any network outage,I have sent emails and tried calling but no assistance this is after they increased their prices but it does not match their service.We are working from home and we had to relocate to resturants to atleast push work. Please do better homeconnect
