I have sent multpiple support tickets and I have not gotten any feedback. I have a issue where someone is using my cellphone number on their profile and they are not seeing it as urgent.
If you want to pay R1000 for the most inconsistent wifi stabilities and speeds of up to 0MB/s, then GO for Cool Ideas. YOU WILL NOT BE DISSAPOINTED.
If you want daily outages and signal inconsistencies, you go for Vumatel.
Is it normal for a car to be kept from a client more than a week to plug in the Diagnostics computer to read what is wrong with the car? No, certainly not. My first experience with Ford Tygervalley was start of November. My car was in for 2 days short of a month before I got it back (That is what you call top class service). After I received my car, a full month went by before my engine light came back on again for the same sensor fault (which they replaced 1 month ago). Now my car is in again. I asked them at the start, is this going to take 1 month again for you guys to read the data from the Diagnostics machine or could we get it done in 2 days. The answer I received was certainly sir, we will have it done in 2 days. It has been almost a week now and I have not received my car yet (They also have not even identified the problem yet). Ill just leave it at that.
I have been struggeling for almost a month now getting my line activated. The problem at hand is that Vuma can't seem to find my address (they have in fact installed a Vuma box within my house, but they say my address does not exist). After many calls and emails, I constantly repeated my address and they just went on and used the closest address that matches my street name. So they activiated the completely wrong house, which is why my wifi can't connect. Thereafter I contacted them again to say that the address they are using is incorrect, but they went ahead anyway. I have been sitting for 30 days now without wifi. My ISP provider confirmed that my address (the correct one) has not yet been activated, which is proof that Vuma activated the wrong house. I dont know how many more times I need to repeat my address. And whay do they mean my address does not exist? I am living in the house, is that not enough proof?
So this is a combination between vumatel and cool ideas. I have been waiting for 3 weeks now to get my wifi installed at home. Vuma responded by saying that my address does not exist. I have a vumatel fibre box installed in the house, yet they cant find an address. After 2 weeks, they finally requested and succeeded to cancel the previous ISP from the line, but Cool Ideas sent the wrong address to vuma after I repeatedly gave them the correct address. Its running on 3 weeks now and no progress has been made since day 1.
