I bought my Eco Sport in 2017 and paid it off on 24 October 2017. No one sent me a statement of account or my RC1. I phone Ford Tygervalley and was told Cindy Lee Golden would phone me as I wanted to ask her how I go about getting those things. All I wanted was a little help. Phoned again the next morning and Iām still waiting. So glad Iām selling my Ford so that I never have to deal with them again.

Purchase a double cab bakkie and pay almost R500k. The bakkie went back now for 5 times and every time when we get our vehicle back there is another fault. There was a problem with the steering and now today 2024-03-08 we get our bakkie back and it's still leaking oil out of the steering pump. The bakkie had only 68 800km on the clock, still on warranty. I will not recommend anyone to buy a vehicle by Ford ever again. They want to do a deal now with a bakkie that was in a accident. WORST POSSIBLE SERVICE! My car went for a service on the 2nd of February 2024. There was absolutely NOTHING wrong with my vehicle. The Friday after I fetched my car I noticed that my car was jerking when accelerating and when the aircon was on. I phoned Ford and they instructed me to bring my vehicle on the following day so they can see whats wrong. On the 3rd of February I took my vehicle and waited there for more than 2 hours. They told me that it looks like my aircon pump is faulty and needs to be replaced (my car has 22 000km on so this shouldn't happen). I dropped my car at Ford on the Monday, 5th of February for diagnostics and repairs to be done. They told me it would take a week maximum and that they cannot provide me with a loan/ courtesy car. On the Tuesday the technition contacted me saying that the aircon pump has been ordered and that my car should be repaired by Thursday, the 8th of February at the latest. On Thursday, the technician contacted me again saying that the aircon pump does not seem to be the problem (although it was replaced) and that the aircon still don't make cool. They are investigating further. On Friday the technician contacted me again saying they still don't know what the problem is as they haven't had a similar situation yet. They are busy going through the wiring. On Monday, the same story. No feedback, no plan and no problem. On Tuesday the 13th of February the technician contacted me again saying that they contacted the support team and they are busy checking the computer box. Later on the same day he contacted me again asking if he can put in R200 worth of fuel and I need to reimburse them (I left my car with a 1/4 tank). This was the biggest cheek! On the 13th I decided to go in to the branch as I was FED UP! No problem, no solution and no time frame as to when my car will be done. I have also asked several times for a courtesy/ loan car of which they refused. I phoned the service centre atleast 10 times a day and I get NO awnser or my calls are being ignored. I have left messages several times for the service manager to contact me back and he was in "meetings" the whole day. When I got to the branch, I insisted on speaking to the service manager, Mr Khaya Mafenuka. I explained my situation. He said that the technitions are busy investigating something else that might be the problem and that he will contact me by COB with feedback. He has never contacted me. NEVER GO TO NMI FORD TYGERVALLEY. My vehicle went in for a service and has been standing there for 10 days because they have done something during the service. No compensation, no feedback and no loan car. This is PATHETIC!

My Kuga has rust on the inside door, so I drove to NMI Ford Tygervalley from wellington so that I can put in a claim. They advised me that I have to make a booking and come back. So I now have to make transport arrangement just because of there laziness. This is just to take one picture of the rust. These people have no idea how to please clients, they sit in their office and are to lazy to even stand up. All they had to do is take a picture and submit the claim, and give feedback, and if second picture for some miracle was needed I would drive there again.

Belville branch Short version - they lost my car seat adjustment wheel and are now pretending like it never existed so they wont replace it. additionally I think the idling was incorrectly set as my car cuts out and revs up and down constantly when at stop street. It has also gone into limp mode once after the service which happened a month back. Long ver I took my car for a service. The intial service was good. I paid my money and took my car. No probelms... but wait, the dash is reporting two extra indicators. steer assist and rollback prevention. seems my car now rolls backwards on downhill. They told me to come back. but no one could help me. So they told me to come back again on a saturday. and again no one could help me. So the foreman told me someone would come and pick up my car on monday. Sure enough no one picked up my car on monday. arranged to bring it in myself later that week. Forunately they arranged for a courtesy car, so that was nice. A week later my car was returned to me. It was a timing adjustment. car was delivered to me. Great! except, the dash lights are still on. and this time my car seat adjustor wheel is missing. I send the driver back with the car. and I keep the courtesy car. I get my car back after what seems like another week. The dash lights are off. Im told i have to wait for management to respond about my missing seat adjustor wheel. A few days later I hear everyone has never seen it in the first place. This is BS. I ask to complain and the lisaison stops receiving my whatsapps after suggesting to complain to fordsa. Now my car is idling funny and my car seat adjustor wheel is missing.

Is it normal for a car to be kept from a client more than a week to plug in the Diagnostics computer to read what is wrong with the car? No, certainly not. My first experience with Ford Tygervalley was start of November. My car was in for 2 days short of a month before I got it back (That is what you call top class service). After I received my car, a full month went by before my engine light came back on again for the same sensor fault (which they replaced 1 month ago). Now my car is in again. I asked them at the start, is this going to take 1 month again for you guys to read the data from the Diagnostics machine or could we get it done in 2 days. The answer I received was certainly sir, we will have it done in 2 days. It has been almost a week now and I have not received my car yet (They also have not even identified the problem yet). Ill just leave it at that.

I would like to express my disappointment in the dealerships's second hand division, when I bought my VW Tiguan. I was told that the vehicle will go through VW's multi point inspection before handing it to me. The day after I received the vehicle I realised that there was a repair done on the windscreen. I was not happy and requested the windscreen to be replaced because the sales representative told me that they will ensure the car is in 100% shape. The dealership then agreed to replace the windscreen but with generic one. I objected, and said I bought the vehicle with a VW windscreen and expected a VW windscreen. Although they admitted the windscreen needed to be replaced they stood their ground, that it will be a generic windscreen. The last mail I received was middle Dec from Ford Tygervalley and nothing since, I am not happy.... I am expecting my windscreen to be replaced with a original VW part
