After numerous attempts no feedback was received. I will never recommend anyone to by a bed by The Bed Shop and then have to deal with Bravo Beds after the bed have a 10 year warranty and before 2 years the bed is sagging. It seems like no one is interested to assist us. Seally is supposed to be one of the best name brands for beds, but clearly the quality is very poor. I am writing to complaint about a Queen-size Sealy Olympia Firm (Heavy Duty 140kg) bed that I purchased in August 2023 from The Bed Shop, Parow Centre. At the time of purchase, the salesperson explicitly assured me that the bed came with a 10-year warranty and that it was one of your most durable, firm options. The warranty period was also reflected on the sales slip. We purchased the bed cash after being told that the store was “closing down” and offering a special price. Despite both my husband and I being well below the 140 kg limit and rotating the mattress regularly as instructed, we began noticing significant sagging on both sides within the first year. By the second year, the sagging has worsened to the point of discomfort. When I returned to the Parow Centre branch, I was surprised to find that the store had not closed down as previously stated. The new salesperson advised me to log a complaint through your online warranty system. However, the website did not allow for adequate file uploads, and after several attempts and follow-ups, I was informed by Bravo Beds that the mattress only carries a 1-year guarantee—directly contradicting what I was told and what was stated on my proof of purchase. This experience has been deeply disappointing and reflects misrepresentation and poor after-sales service. Under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa, goods are required to be of acceptable quality, durable, and as described by the supplier. Selling a product with misleading warranty information constitutes a breach of the CPA. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY A SEALLY AGAIN AND WILL RECOMMEND YOU ALSO DO NOT!!!!
This is really the worst service I ever received. I will never order anything from Temu again if they use Buffalo courier services. For more than I week I tried to get my parcel and every time the pass the address without even tried to stop. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 Do not ever use them
I bought a car at Brackenfell We buy Cars on the 23rd September 2024. The car license expired end of September and they told me that they are going to get me updated licence disk, well I am waiting now a month without any luck. Then the Branch Manager Ashley told my husband to bring the car to them so that they car sort it out😡 well how do you drive a car without a valid license disk- not legal at all. The 21 day leaning period expired. What is something happened on my way there? Do you think the insurance will pay out? Then the lady working there Shanelle have no idea what she is doing as the paperwork is also not valid. The km reading on the car is 57000 but the paperwork says 142000. Is this legal what they are doing here?
Hi. I bought a car by we buy cars a month ago. The car was advertised with 2 year warranty and 2 year service plan. Well the car had 57000 km on the clock but when I receive the paperwork the km reading on the paperwork is 142000 km. The licence disk expired and they told me that they will get it before the 21 leaning period which expired today but no license disk receive yet. This poor service is the reason why people have high blood pressure. They promises to get back to me but I am still waiting. I don't think this is the kind of service we would expect from such a big car dealer. I hope management can contact me. 0767917579
WORST SERVICE EVER We are now waiting from Monday for them just to activate our line. No one answers the phone. Robot on what's up just say they will come back to you. 4 Freaking days. How pathetic. Purchase a double cab bakkie and pay almost R500k. The bakkie went back now for 5 times and every time when we get our vehicle back there is another fault. There was a problem with the steering and now today 2024-03-08 we get our bakkie back and it's still leaking oil out of the steering pump. The bakkie had only 68 800km on the clock, still on warranty. I will not recommend anyone to buy a vehicle by Ford ever again. They want to do a deal now with a bakkie that was in a accident. I will not RECOMMEND service provider OCTOTEL. A lot of my friends reconnected that I must change my WiFi to Vox which I did. Wel in our Area unfortunately OCTOTEL was the service provider. I am sitting the whole weekend without WiFi. And all the Tel is that someone will be in contact with you. Fiends of mine recommended to go to OCTOTEL service provider through VOX which I did. Well this past weekend we were off line and only a computerized computer reply on our messages. After we request someone to phone us urgently, they informed us that the technical team will contact you shortly. Well this is 3 days later and no technical team contacted us. We are still sitting without Wi-Fi. Then we send a message that we are interested to taking out wi-fi, well not within 2 minutes they phone back, ever faster that 10111. Then the lady told us there is a technical problem and they are working on it and some areas are off line. My friend 1 street from us are also by OCTOTEL and their wi-fi was working. Even my brother that lives 3 street from us wi-fi (which we recommend to him) ( same service provider) was also working. Well it seems like the technical team is not working on a weekend. I will NOT RECOMEND OCTOTEL to anyone. This is not bad service, as there is NO service. I insisted on a rebate for the days that I do not have w-fi and have to pay for it. One of the discovery insurance customers bump into my car. Claim no:3427465. Its now almost 3 months later and still waiting for the claim to be sorted out. Mathapelo Bokaba - Legal Liabilities Advisor is the one handling our case. Very poor feedback on our emails, only responded when we request feedback, and not even on all our emails. Not even the manager, Vekash responds on his emails. Now our claim is since 16 February by the assessors for review. Promised response within a week which was the 23rd. Today its the 27.02.2024 and we are still waiting. I will not recommend this insurance to anyone as their services is very bad.
